The system enables users to rate drivers on a scale of 1 to 5 stars and submit written testimonials or suggestions. An administrative dashboard provides a visual and tabular summary of all submitted ratings, making it easy for company management to monitor driver performance and customer satisfaction. This application aims to improve service quality by gathering real-time customer insights. It enables management to identify driver strengths and weaknesses, address issues promptly, and maintain a high standard of service for corporate and premium transportation.
